I recently sold a property in Ma On Shan. The whole process was handled by Wendy W.H.Tse. I am writing to let you what a wonderful job she did for us.
Having bought and sold properties numerous time in Canada, I must admit Wendy is one of the best we have ever dealt with. She is a true professional who knows her job well. People say it is her job to know how to handle property transactions but it is her attitude, knowledge, patience and thoroughness that impress us. She pays attention to details and have our benefits at heart. Having lived overseas for a long time, we are not familiar with the real estate terms in Chinese. Wendy explained in every detail about the process step by step for us. At times, she had to repeat the same information several times before we understood them. She never showed any signs of impatience. After we returned to Canada, we have a Power of Attorney to handle the final closing of the deal. Wendy kept us informed of the process via email to make sure everything was in order.
We plan to re-invest in Ma On Shan at a later date(sometime next year). We definitely will contact Wendy about what we are looking for.
